It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tu To Luong of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bac Thai and Que Luong; and his daughter Phuong Luong. He is survived by: his wife Xuan D. Huynh; his children, Wade Tsai of Overland Park, KS and Ann Luong; his son-in-law Dylan Klomparens (Gaithersburg, MD); and his grandchildren, Silas and Jade Klomparens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
