He is survived by: his sister Barbara Barbire (Frank); his wife Kathi Schmitter; his children, Amy Stockfield (Daniel) and David Schmitter (Kate); and his grandchildren, Tyler Stockfield, Cyan Stockfield, Kyle Schmitter and Colin Schmitter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
