He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gertsch and Marjorie Gertsch (McGee); his stepmother Lola Gertsch; and his brother Ted Gertsch. He is survived by: his granddaughter Alie; his wife Dottie; his children, Todd Gertsch (Kim), Joel Gertsch (April) and Jessica Washburn; and his brothers, James and Jerry Gertsch. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, cousins.
