Theodore E. Hartung Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theodore E. Hartung of Lincoln, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Theodore may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Theodore touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lothar Hartung and Lena Hartung; and his brother Don Hartung. He is survived by: his wife Jody Hartung; and his children, Debbie Stithem (David), Rob Hartung (Leslie Bishop Hartung) and Chris Hartung (Tammi). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
