Terry A. Sindelar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry A. Sindelar of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Columbus, Nebraska, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Sindelar; and his brother Reinold Sindelar. He is survived by: his wife Jane Sindelar; his children, Michael Sindelar, Jason Sindelar (Amanda McCrary), Joe Glaser (Sara Glaser) and Suzie Olberding (Matt Olberding); his grandchildren, Dylan, Morgan, Hailey, Audrey, Cora, Anna, Gracelyn and Kasen; his brother Tom Sindelar (Karen); his nephews, Scott Sindelar (Suzan) and Dana; and his father Longin Sindelar.

His presence at matches and tournaments, spanning decades, left an indelible mark on the Nebraska Wrestling community, where he forged lasting friendships and made significant contributions to the UNL Wrestling Boosters Club.
