He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Oberheu (Zimmermann) and Arno Oberheu. He is survived by: his brother Dan Oberheu (Sheryl); his nieces, Niki Oberheu (Asaad Almohammad) and Liz Oberheu (Sean Dwyer); his great-nephew Oliver Dwyer; his aunt Marilyn Zimmermann; and his friend Susan Riepe. He is also survived by nine cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel (4300 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the CST Faith Lutheran Church (8701 Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68507). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery (6800 S 14th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
