He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck Phillips and Bette Phillips; and his son Rob. He is survived by: his wife Melody; his daughters, Brandi Chesnut (Shannon) and Katie Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Haylie and Cody Chapman.
Steve was a man of immense dedication and integrity; and his contributions to the safety and well-being of our community will be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege of working beside him.
