He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen Marie Sorum (Powell) and Keith Sorum; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Hitchcock and Jeanine Kastens. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sorum (Dingman); his daughter Sarah [Greg] Petner; his grandchildren, Jack Stephen Petner and Mia Marie Petner; his sisters, Sharon Hitchcock and Carla [Charlie] Dingman; and his brother-in-law Dale Kastens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
