She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Benes and Lucille Benes (Jirovsky); and her sister Betty Gaspers (Dennis Lavelle). She is survived by : her siblings, JoAnn Hermance (Larry), Don Benes of Denton, NE and Dale Benes of Lincoln, NE.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Roper and Sons Midtown Chapel (4300 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
