He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Scott and Carrie; his son-in-law Joe; his grandchildren, Kimberlina, Diego and Reina Rodriguez; his sister Carolyn Barnard; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Franzen and Francis Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roper & Sons Midtown Chapel (4300 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the CST Roper & Sons Midtown Chapel (4300 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family for a future designation.
