He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Allen and Myrtle Allen (Rudder); his son Jamie S Allen; his grandson Jack A Garrett; and his sister Betty Dudley.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Roblyer Allen of Lincoln; his daughter Angela Garrett (Sam) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Zachery Bradshaw, Nicole Crittenden (Chris), Joseph Allen (Shadow), Tyler Allen, Abigail Garrett and Owen Garrett; his siblings, Lee Allen (Lois Wenzel) and Joyce Ware (Richard); and his sister-in-law Karen Johnson (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
