He is survived by: his sisters, Glora Lee Hayek (Donald) and Tammy Sue Redman; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Hayek, John Hayek, Jamie Meierdierks (Mitchell), Joseph Hayek, David Rerucha, Mitzy Rerucha, Promise Johnson, Arron Rerucha (Tiffany), Ryan Rerucha (Heather), Preston Calvin and Zachary Calvin; and his cousin Angie Smith (Bill).
