With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Kinghorn of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Sabetha, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kinghorn and Nora Kinghorn (Boydston); his sister Gladys Becker; and his son-in-law Eric Gaffney. He is survived by: his wife Loretta; and his children, Anita Allen, Susan Long, Robert Kinghorn Jr., Trina Eller, Toni Aksamit (Martin) and Terri Gaffney. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
