He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kapustka (Griepenstroh); his children, Terri Wallace (Coy) of Lincoln, NE and Rick Kapustka (Trish) of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Morgan Wallace, Chandler Wallace, Matt Kapustka and Sarah Kapustka; and his brothers, Ron Kapustka (Judi) of Beatrice, NE and Mike Kapustka (Martha Young) of Wymore, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
