He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Kubes and Darlene Kubes; and his brother Terry Kubes. He is survived by: his grandchild Husker; his wife Leslie; his children, Matthew (Amanda) and Mary (Scott Mellage); and his grandchildren, Ella Kubes, Jade Mellage and Jack Mellage.
