He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lorenzen and Iona Lorenzen; and his brother Randall Lorenzen. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Lorenzen; his sister LoRayne Lorenzen of Denver; his in-laws, David, Rosemary Niemeier of Beatrice, Arthur, Sarah Morris of Beatrice, Robert and Debra Niemeier of Lenexa, Kansas; and his nieces and nephews, Robbyn, John Roberts of Bellevue, Lydia Niemeier of Beatrice, Pam Niemeier of Beatrice, Josh, Jessica Hsu of Austin, Jason and Beth MacLeod of Overland Park. He is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews; as well as cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Trintiy Lutheran Church & School.
