It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Powell of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Powell and Leora Powell (Folkerts); his son Burkett; and his siblings, Mike and Vickie.

He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughter Shalla Mandigo (Kevin); his grandchildren, Burkett II, Madison Lynn, Gabriella Jean and Greta Faye; and his siblings, Bob Powell (Patty) and Nancy Powell.
