He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray E. Norris and Barbara Norris (Gates); his son Brent Allen Norris; and his grandparents, Otis and Vida Norris.
He is survived by: his wife Maggie Norris; his daughters, Michelle Perez (Fred) and Amanda'Mandi'Norris; his grandchildren, James Stacken, Justin McCurdy, Jacob Norris, Hope Weis (Travis) and Riley Burton; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Carter Stacken; his sister-in-law Kathy Eberspacher (Nick); his nephew Andrew Eberspacher; and also, Matt and Katie Burton. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the family for future designations.
