He is survived by: his mother Norma Folkers of Gothenburg; his wife Bonnie Folkers of Lexington; his stepdaughters, Tish Myers of Augusta, Georgia, Lachele and Crystal Myers-Noonan of Superior; his brothers, Mitch Folkers (Sandra) of Elkhorn and Jon Folkers (Liz) of Omaha; his nephews, Luke Folkers (Laura) of Lincoln, Jack (Rachel) of Omaha, Joe Folkers of Omaha and Jay Folkers of Omaha; and his niece Stephanie Kastler (Dru) of Omaha.
