She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Ponder and Ethel Ponder. She is survived by: her husband James McArthur; her children, Trevor (Catherine), Jeff (Jamie) and Mary; her grandchildren, Ziyal, Xavier, Malachi, Inara and Julia; and her brothers, Marvin, Weldon and Tim Ponder. She is also survived by friends of her children.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roper & Sons Mortuary Midtown Chapel (4300 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the College View Church (4801 Prescott Ave, Lincoln, NE 68506).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Patsy's memory to one of the following organizations important to her: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the American Red Cross, or the ACLU.
