Pamela Jo Price Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 77, Pamela Jo Price of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Schmersal and Marilyn Schmersal (Merrill); her stepfathers, James Philipps and David Otterman; her son Shawn Markel; her former spouse Thomas L. Markel (Thomas M. Price); her stepbrother Jim Phillips; and her nephew Christopher Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Price Thompson (Sam), Sarah Price, T. Michael Price (Liz) and Stacy Markel (Emily); her grandchildren, Ethan Price (Zoe), Sammy Thompson, Andrew Cahalan (Adrian Martinez), Daniel Cahalan and Matthew Price; her sister Paula Volkmer (Lee); her half-brother Bob Philipps (Carla); and her sister-in-law Sue Philipps.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roper and Sons South Chapel (3950 Hohensee Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
