Though Mikki Elisa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mikki Elisa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her parents, Dudley Baxter and Gail Robinson (Geist); her siblings, Michelle Sarafian (Oscar) and Michael Baxter (Michele); her niece Mandy Hinrichs (Spencer); her nephew Dillon Baxter; and her great-niece Brynn Hinrichs.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Apfel Funeral Home (1123 W 2nd St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to the Special Olympics.
