In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Michael Scott leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Michael Scott may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Whitney and Phyllis Whitney; and his brothers, Steven Whitney and Craig Whitney. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Whitney; his sons, Christopher Whitney (Lindsay Steinberger) and Justin Whitney; and his siblings, Kathleen (Roger), Kenneth Whitney (Jennifer) and Richard Whitney (Sarah). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Church (5511 S 27th St, Lincoln, NE 68512).
