He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Calkins; his stepfather Mike Zahn; and his grandparents, Walter Thompson, Duane Calkins and Barbara Thompson.

He is survived by: his fiancée Natasha Graham; his children, Tyler Calkins, Owen Calkins, Brendan Calkins, Zoie Graham, Kenzi Graham, Emma Calkins and Jett Graham; his mother Debra Zahn; and his siblings, Lauren Dorman (Calkins) and Marissa Zahn.
