It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kathryn Costello of Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on July 5, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret Henry (Costello) and Patrick Henry; and her brother Patrick Henry. She is survived by : her husband Don; her children, Maureen (Benedict Mattern), Richard (Denise Costello), Daniel Costello of Houston, TX, Peter Costello of Wahoo, Thomas (Wendy Costello), Benjamin Costello of Lincoln and Margaret (Jesse Andres); her grandchildren, Kevin, Allison, Edie, Steve Mattern, Sara Brune, Ben Mattern Jr., Henry Mattern, Margaret Mattern, Nate Becwar, Gus Mattern, Brittany Hanzlik, Owen Mattern, Charlie Mattern, Michael, Kirsten, Colin Costello, Sophie Costello, Nicole Baade, Antonio Smith, Jordan Baade, Sarah Costello, Drayden Costello, Liz Costello, Andy Costello, Isaac Costello, Luke Andres, Sam Andres, Jesse Andres, Ellie Andres, George Andres and Lily Andres; and her sisters, Ann (Robert Becker) and Jean Seibel (Rita Henry) of Bellevue, NE. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

She helped to start the Nebraska Alzheimer's Association and was a member of The Equestrian Order of Jerusalem.
