She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald A. Dennis and Mary Ruth Atwood Dennis; and her husband John Richard Bousek Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Bob (Dorothy), Tim, Dan and Mark (Gayle); her grandson Matt; her daughter Michelle (Tommaso); her grandson Jacob; and her children, Christine (David), Scott, Erin, Rachel, Ryan, Ben, Josh, Nathan and Nicholas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home (4040 A St, Lincoln, NE 68510). A rosary was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (1704 Lake St, Lincoln, NE 68502). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (3880 L St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
