Marjorie Daugherty Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Marjorie Daugherty of Lincoln, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Claytor and Mildred Claytor (Fuchs); and her children, Ruth Elizabeth Daugherty and David Frederick Daugherty. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Koopmans (David); her grandchildren, Tasha Anderson, Jacob Nair (Varsha), Aaralyn Hart and Amanda Kessler; her former husband Fred Daugherty; and her siblings, Dorthy Claytor, Maurice Claytor (Cathy) and Charlotte Daugherty. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Second Baptist Church (525 N 58th St, Lincoln, NE 68505).

Memorials can be made in memory to Ministers and Missionaries Benefit Board or Faith Westwood United Methodist Church, Faith works Pantry.
