With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Margaret Jean Barry of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Raymond, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Strizek and Dorothy Strizek; her husband Louis Barry; her sister Patricia Kreifels; and her brother-in-law DeWayne Froschheiser.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bischoff (John), Tammy Gushard (David), Deb Vidlock (Rob), Karen Broadwell (Dennis), Sandra Schlautman (Kevin) and Michael Barry (Angela); her grandchildren, Brandon (Amber), Danielle Bischoff, Dustin (Jessica), Dillon Gushard, Connor (Hannah), Madison Vidlock, Franklin, Michaela, Bailey, Audrey Broadwell, Allison, Drake Schlautman, Ashley and Sullivan Barry; her great grandchildren, Burke, Baylor, Briggs Gushard and Leighton Bischoff; her siblings, Norm, Jeri Froschheiser and Dan Strizek (Marde); and her brother-in-law Jim Kreifels.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roper & Sons South Chapel (3950 Hohensee Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516). A rosary will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John (7601 Vine St, Lincoln, NE 68505).
