She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Kennedy and Margaret Kennedy; and her sisters, Betty and Linda. She is survived by: her husband Randy File; her children, Mallory Elyse Fil and Alex McGinnis File; and her grandson Jaxson McGinnis. She is also survived by her family, friends.
