With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Llewellyn Harrison Davenport Jr. in Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Columbia, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, L. H. Davenport and Lillian Davenport; and his in-laws, W. W. and Lola Wetenkamp. He is survived by: his sons, Dave and Dan (East); his grandchildren, Dustin Davenport, Ashley Garbrecht (Jake), Dana Fricke (Riley) and Alex Davenport (Val); his great grandchildren, Rylee, Kinsley Garbrecht and Dawson Fricke; and his granddaughter Marge Davenport.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wyuka Funeral Home (3600 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).

Memorials may be donated to the family for future designation.
