He is survived by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Bonnie Busch; his close friend Christi; his wife Christi; his children, Madison Lee, Brittain Kiera and Alec Smith; his sisters, Megan Carmody (Chris) and Tama John (Dusty); and his in-laws, Dwight, Vellis Pincock, Mindy, Debby, Misti, Heather and Heidi.
