Smith (Lincoln, Nebraska), born in Springfield, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Durvard R. Smith and Lydia Bertha Schnakenberg Smith; and his former wife Hope Helene Howell. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Shari and Cristie; and his siblings, Carol and Mike. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the CST First Plymouth Congregational Church (2000 D St, Lincoln, NE 68502).
