He is survived by: his wife Janet Lamp; his children, Emilie Cook and Jeff Lamp (Linda Dennis); his grandchildren, Jordan Lamp (Mindy Rabbe), Shayna Cook and Jeremy Cook (Dakota); and his great grandchild Jace Lamp.
