He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Milton Paul and Veronica Frances Lodge; and his stepfather Donald J. Dufphey. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his daughter Mallory (Christopher Lif); and his sister Nancy Selting. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
