She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Machacek and Rose A. Machacek (Handler). She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Monte, Lori Sailors (Machacek), Wendy Thompson (Peaks), Kerri Mayes (Peaks), Kenneth Machacek, Rodney and Jill Machacek (Gustafson); and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Machacek. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews.
