He is survived by: his wife Katrina of Lincoln; his children, Shonda Brown of Lincoln, Ryan Forst of Lincoln, Vanessa Forst of Ft. Lauderdale, Nina Forst of Naples and Larry McCarthy; his daughter-in-law Stephanie McCarthy of Hastings; his son Cody Fultz of Duluth; and his sisters-in-law, Mike Fultz of Lincoln, Linda Fultz of Lincoln, Herbert Jr. of Lincoln and Mary Fultz of Lincoln. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 8 Great grandchildren.
