He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Ballard and Bert Ballard; his sister Joyce; his brother-in-law Butch Kehe; his brothers, Ron and Jim Ballard; his niece Nikki Madsen; and his father-in-law Leonard Consbruck.
He is survived by: his children, Jenna Timm (Travis) of Omaha, NE and Derek (Lincoln); his grandchildren, Olivia, Weston, MaKenna and Kinsley; his wife Kathleen Consbruck; his siblings, Bob (Linda), Dave (Connie), Lee (Nancy) and Sheila Hentges (George); his sisters-in-law, Jean and Lora Ballard; his mother-in-law Lillian Consbruck; and his siblings-in-law, Charlene Hunt (Val), Ron Consbruck (Cindy), Gary Consbruck and Eugene Consbruck (Laurie).
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the American Cancer Society.
