She was predeceased by: her parents, Susie Ellen and John Lawrence Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Bargar (Linda) of Grand Island, NE, Lynn Sabalka (David) of Gilroy, CA and Steven Kirk (Renee) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Allison, Kirk (Ashley), Kyley Sabalka, Elizabeth Wiseman (Levi), Katie Blackwell (Jared), Spencer, Logan (Mariah) and MaKenna Kirk; and her great grandchildren, Gideon, Virginia Wiseman, Sawyer and Elliana Blackwell.
Memorials can be made in Kay's name to Capital Humane Society or the American Lung Association.
