She is survived by: her husband James Penn of Chicago, IL; her children, Michele Loecken (Kevin) of Plymouth, MN and Michael Penn (Michelle) of Lincoln, NE; and her grandchildren, Andrea Leafblad (Peter) of Shoreview, MN, Matthew Loecken (Katie) of Shoreview, MN, Eric Loecken of Eden Prairie, MN, Ethan, Davis and Avery Penn of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
