Johnson (Rubesh) of St. Paul, NE; his wife Jill; his son Ben Johnson of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Ron Johnson of North Platte, NE, Monty Johnson of Beatrice, NE and Sonia Harford of Lincoln, NE; and his daughter Lauren Johnson. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
