He is survived by: his daughter Wende Lea of Columbia, MO; his wife Charlotte Joyce Minnis; his son Robert Watts (Jan); his granddaughter Patience Norris; his siblings, Jimmy Allen (Margaret) and Janet E. Watts; and his brother-in-law Rick Minnis (Loretta). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
