He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Parker Foster; his daughter Dr. Cherie Foster; his siblings, Doyle, George, Judy, Patricia, Roy and Kevin; his stepchildren, Denise Philpot and Michael Hartley; and his grandchildren, Molly Ballue, Lindey Philpot, Samantha Shew and Taylor Jungens. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
