He was predeceased by: his father Darwin Salestrom (Doc). He is survived by: his mother Mary Salestrom; his sisters, Anne Salestrom-Wolthuis (Dave) and Mary Schrad (Steven); his nephews, John Schrad and Nick Salestrom (Kim); and his niece Anna Zajicek (Ben). He is also survived by grandnephew, grandnieces, and cousins.
