He is survived by: his wife Bernice Cain (Ross); his children, Elaine Koch (Scott), Rick Cain (Roxanne) and Teresa Hamilton; his sisters, Madge Ezell, Oteka Holt and Patsy Whitson (Bob); his grandchildren, Kyle Cain (Casey), Jessica Cain, Michael Hamilton (Michele), Brandon Koch, Ambur Hamilton and Brittany Hamilton; and his great grandchildren, Gavyn Poulson, Logan Cain, Jaxon Cain, Maelynn Hamilton, Philip Fisher, Jacob Fisher and Zaylee Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
