She was predeceased by: her parents, Leone Heuertz and Hubert Heuertz; her son Kim Wheeler; her grandson Japheth Wheeler; and her brother Richard Heuertz.
She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Terri Higgins (Jim) of Greenville, SC, Dan Wheeler (Deb) of Lincoln, NE, Kirk Wheeler of Lincoln, NE and Rob Penner (Linda) of Ellenwood, KS; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Wheeler, Melanie Wheeler, Nick Higgins and Kelli Penner; and her brother Gordon Heuertz (Shirley).
