She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mikkelsen and Mary Mikkelsen (Welch); her siblings, James, Duane, Nelson Ray, Don, Marshal Mikkelsen and Sue Mikkelsen; her siblings-in-law, William "Bill" Ingold and Patricia Mikkelsen; her granddaughter Amanda Zuerlein; and her former husband Ted Mimick.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Janssen (Denise) of Lincoln, Teresa Zuerlein (Dale) of Lincoln, Gina Hall (Kevin) of Lincoln and Lori Mimick of Lincoln; and her siblings, Rita Ingold of Columbus and Hart (Jeannette) of Columbus. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wyuka Funeral Home – YouTube (3600 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510).
