Joan Louise Olson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Louise Olson of Lincoln, Nebraska, born in Soudan, Minnesota, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvo J. Hill (Jim) and Esther Edith Mackie Hill; her siblings, Shirley Dalles and James Hill (Carl Olson); and her pet Jesse.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Olson; her children, Carl Olson of Wichita, KS, Jane Kerl (Jamie) of Lincoln and Jennifer Olson of Hutchinson, KS.; her grandchildren, Spencer Kerl (Erin), Emily Kerl (Kenny McFarland) of Stephanie Moore, C. J., Charlie and Tillie Belcher; and her great grandchildren, Peyton Vogt, Nell and Sawyer Kerl.
