He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Koehn (Bob), Tom (Lauralee), Larry (Mary), Warren Phillips (Chris), Dolores Miller (Leo), Ronald Phillips (Marcia), Dennis Phillips and Robert Phillips (Val). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, church family, extended family and friends.
