She was predeceased by: her parents, Walford Peterson and Irene Peterson (LeClair); and her former husband Dr. Bruce Damman of Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Angela Lovell (Jeff), Gregory Damman (Susan) of Seward and Patrick Damman (Marilyn) of Girard; and her grandchildren, Marissa Poppe, Dr. Tanner Poppe, Elizabeth Klinginsmith, Ethan Damman, Annie Damman, Laike Damman, Aiden Damman and Chase McFarland. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (212 N High St, Clyde, KS 66938).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorials to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
