He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Sutton (Harold) and Ellen Sutton; his brother Dwight Sutton; his grandson Jonathan Sutton; and his great grandchild Forrest Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ellis; his children, Kim Sutton of Swansea, SC and Kent (Diana) of Peru, NE; and his brothers, Donald (Shirley) of Chanute, KS, Bill (Loretta) of Durham, KS and Dwayne (Barbara) of Alba, TX.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
